Hiking at Catalina State Park

It is hiking season and there is nothing better to take advantage of than beautiful November weather in Arizona to hit the trails!  I got to visit Catalina State Park in Tucson to visit the fam and while I was home, I had to go for a nice desert hike with my best friend from home.

I have included an obscene amount of photos from our hike, with gorgeous shots of desert fauna!  If you are going to pick a place for a nice trail with some stairs and potential for seeing water ways after a storm, Catalina State Park is a great place to check out.  After monsoon season especially, Romero Pools is hidden in the canyon with opportunity for large bodies of water!
